HOW TO USE IT?

1. Simply cuts the pastry into 3 oval shapes.
2. Line each ring with a pastry strip.
3. Bake in a preheated oven.
4. When cooked, remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
5. Fill the tartlets with cream.
6. Arrange the raspberries gently on top.
7. Sprinkle the surface of the tartlets with pistachio powder.
8. Done!
